César Lüttger studied classical composition, film music and piano at the Conservatory of Amsterdam where he graduated in 2018. 

His compositions range from solo works to music for the symphony orchestra and have been performed locally as well as internationally.   

During the summer of 2023, César got signed to the label Aragosta Piano where he releases peaceful felt piano music through his alias Nicolas Lüttger. This genre mainly focusses on calming background music and has many popular playlists that specifically consist of neoclassical piano music.

César is also an improv pianist and works for a lot of different improv theatres and groups in and around Amsterdam. Most notably is his position as a Music Director at Boom Chicago and Easylaughs Amsterdam. Because of his ever growing experience in this field, he has become very prolific as a pianist in multiple styles and genres.

Despite his love for the piano and writing music for the instrument, César also has a passion for the symphony orchestra. It is his intention to keep releasing new music for solo piano as well as to write new music for the symphony orchestra.
